What this Story delivers (D2)

The quantitative values that turn the ADR-0102 charter from rules into a runnable instance — or a typed INFEASIBLE record. S02 is analysis-only: no training, no Airflow launch, no Phase-2 predictive run, no model selection; it fills no value with a placeholder and locks nothing (S03 locks). INFEASIBLE is a successful outcome.

Status & gate

  • OpenProject status: Specified (advanced after plan_review PASSED, Meeting #273).
  • Implementation (In progress) is gated by the single-WIP rule (ADR-69): another Story (CVN-N011-EA-S12, wp#127) is currently In progress. The operator decides the WIP slot.
  • S02 is analysis-only: if any step needs a run / training / cluster / Airflow launch, STOP and return to the operator (no autonomous launch).

Definition of Done

Per the plan §5: reference capacity derived (§9.1) or INFEASIBLE-capacity · P90 cost at Tier A/B or Tier-C-non-lockable or INFEASIBLE-cost-data · E_econ_min/E_pred_min derived (distinct) or INFEASIBLE-mapping · MDE/N_min simulated (§11.1 contract) or INFEASIBLE-power · primary null justified or INFEASIBLE-null · Sortino R1 resolved · budgets proposed · every value with a signed derivation · no predictive run / training / launch performed.

Next

Operator resolves the single-WIP slot → S02 Specified → In progress → run the analysis (or return a typed INFEASIBLE). Verdict routes to S03 (charter lock) only on Tier A/B lockable evidence.
